Our physicians provide health care for a large multi-cultural patient population encompassing the entire spectrum of Internal Medicine.

In addition to Internal Medicine, our staff participates in the care of patients in cardiovascular medicine, critical care medicine, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, hematology, neurology, infectious disease medicine, nephrology, oncology, pulmonary disease and rheumatology.  Kern Medical Center Faculty/Staff includes sixteen hospital-based educators and over forty attending physicians.

General internal medicine has seven faculty members, five of whom hold Master's Degrees in Medical Education. The faculty members provide excellent role models as skilled general internists able to field and manage a wide variety of challenges.
